The Urban Spider Training™ Method focuses on the five major components of a total body workout, strength, stamina, agility, stability and flexibility. This program is not for everyone and is designed to provide participants with an intense total body workout that will challenge even the most conditioned individual.
Solo, Tag Team and Unit training packages are available.
Training Units consist of 4 people with similar conditioning and athletic abilities working together for 32 minutes. By the end of your workout every muscle in your body will have experienced true physical exhaustion.
The programs are aptly named VENOM. The VENOM Mantra is Engage, Embrace, Endure. If you decide to do this workout you will come to understand this Mantra.
