Urban Spider Training™

Urban Spider Training™ is the microgym’s answer to group training. This program is designed to focus on the five major components of a total body workout, strength, endurance, agility, stability and flexibility. Whether you are a weekend warrior or a competitive athlete you will experience an intense total body workout that will challenge even the most conditioned individual.

Training Units consist of 4 people with similar fitness and athletic abilities working together for 40 minutes. By the end of your workout every muscle in your body will have experienced true physical exhaustion.
